How do I update my Sticky Club account details?

You can update your membership details at any time by logging in here, either online or at the kiosk in-store, or give us a bell on 0800 80 75 75 during normal business hours. 

 

How can I sign up to receive Sticky Club emails?

You can update your communication preferences, including opting in for email updates, at any time on the Sticky Club website, either here or at the kiosk in-store, or by calling us on 0800 80 75 75 during normal business hours.

 

How can I unsubscribe from Sticky Club emails?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in a Sticky Club email, by updating your communication preferences on the Sticky Club website here or by phoning us on 0800 80 75 75 during normal business hours. 

 

What happens if I lose my Sticky Club tag?

If your tag goes walkies, you can cancel it or put a hold on it by logging in to the Sticky Club website here or by calling 0800 80 75 75. To replace a lost tag, just pick up another tag at any PAK’nSAVE South Island store and link it to your existing account either on the website or by contacting our Call Centre.

 

What if I forget to bring my Sticky Club tag in-store with me?

Don’t panic. Just let the checkout operator know and they’ll find your Sticky Club tag number in the system.

 

I forgot to scan my Sticky Club tag. Can I get my savings backdated?

Afraid not. Once a sale has been completed we cannot add any missed Sticky Fuel savings or Coffee Stamp purchases to your account, so don’t forget to carry your tag with you or log in to stickyclub.co.nz on your smartphone to use your digital Sticky Club tag.

 

Can I scan someone else’s Sticky Club tag at the checkout?

You may only scan your own Sticky Club tag or a tag belonging to an immediate family member.

 

Can I load Christmas Club money onto my Sticky Club tag?

Alas no. The PAK’nSAVE Christmas Club is a separate programme and you can’t load your Christmas Club funds onto your tag. Bah humbug!

 

How do I cancel my Sticky Club membership?

You can cancel using the Sticky Club website here, at the kiosk in-store, or by calling us on 0800 80 75 75. Once your account is deleted, you won’t be able to use your Sticky Club tag and you’ll lose any unused Sticky Fuel savings or Coffee Stamps balance. Of course you can always re-join later if you change your mind.
