SHOP’nGO

 

 

It’s the new way to speed up your shopping by allowing you to scan and pack your groceries as you shop. There’s no need to unpack your groceries again at the checkout; simply pay at a dedicated SHOP’nGO checkout and you’re away! 

 

SHOP’nGO is only available to registered Sticky Club members.  If you are not currently a member, you will first need to join Sticky Club before you can register for SHOP’nGO. Simply pick up a Sticky Club tag in-store to get started. 

 

You’ll need to register for SHOP’nGO so that we can verify your identity and confirm that the personal information you supplied when you joined Sticky Club is still accurate. 

 

You can only register for SHOP’nGO in-store at the Customer Services desk or at the SHOP’nGO station; just ask a staff member for assistance.

 

During your shop, simply scan the barcode on the products you wish to buy by pointing the scanner at the barcode and tapping the button on the handle. You’ll need to scan the barcode on each individual product even if you are buying more than one of the same item. 

 

When you’ve finished shopping, head to one of our dedicated card-only SHOP’nGO checkouts, scan the barcode on the checkout screen to transfer your digital trolley to the checkout and complete your payment as normal.

 

If you are buying any products with an age restriction, an ID check will be performed as normal by the checkout attendant prior to payment.
